Cancellation & No-Show Policy
It is understandable that unforeseen events may be out of our control. However, for safety and time management purposes these policies must be adhered to:
- A $25 deposit is required to schedule an appointment and goes toward the total cost of service
- Please cancel your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
- Cancellation of appointment under 24 hours in advance without rescheduling will forfeit your $25 deposit
- Rescheduling your appointment 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment maintains the original $25 deposit
- Rescheduling your appointment in less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment forfeits the original $25 deposit and requires an additional $25 deposit
- No call and not being available at the appointment time is considered a 24 hour or less cancellation and the $25 deposit is forfeited
- Punctuation is important and recommended that client is available at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time as this is the expected time of arrival for the massage therapist
- In the event that the massage therapist is not present at the appointment time, a $25 penalty will be deducted from the total cost of your service (example: the payment for services that day would only be $50 because you have already paid a $25 deposit at the time of scheduling the appointment)
